I often hear people saying, "I can't put on weight", "I can add mass", "I can't gain anymore" and its true you can't if you don't know how. I went from a 57kg skinny boy to 62kg lean strong man in a matter of months. Why? The guidance of one man, Peter
Mamo.
No stone was left unturned we worked to build a core foundation of strength during the initial weekly sessions. We then worked on a bespoke regime that was designed to continually push and challenge me. I was then given a detailed plan to follow in the
supplementary sessions I completed on my own and each week the gains all over my body were clear.
One of the biggest difference for me was the nutritional advice. I didn't eat particularly unhealthy but also didn't have the greatest relationship with food when it came to achieving my goals. Peter spent time with me understanding what would work for
me in terms of my lifestyle and actual tastes and developed a plan that at easy and enjoyable to follow.
