Individual Performance Consultation

Many seasoned athletes are quite in tune with their training. In many cases Peter can add value to these athletes with troubleshooting for marginal gains that result in improvements in athletic performance.

This does not translate to full programming but rather adjustments to training, planning, nutrition and recovery that lead to getting you on the right track to your best performances. Consultations are particularly useful for an athlete who is experiencing a plateau in performance.

Performance consultations involve either a skype or face to face meeting lasting up to 2 hours. We will discuss your training background and goals. From there I can suggest any optimal training interventions.

You will receive an email within a week of your consultation with a summary of recommendations based on the session outcomes.

Speed School

Speed school programs are designed on a sport-by-sport basis after an initial assessment has been conducted.

The program runs out of Latham Park, South Coogee and focuses on improving an athlete’s overall athletic foundation over 6 weeks from speed, agility and conditioning (groups are capped at 12). This also includes online based gym programming which compliments the work done on the field. This will provide appropriate attention for the athlete with gains in speed and performance on the field.

Online Training

Are you confident with exercises and have experience training but don't know the best way to get most out of your potential - why not get some help with continuous programming?

No cookie-cutter programs and the number of online clients I take on are limited. We’ll get the ball rolling with a comprehensive questionnaire addressing everything from your training history, to your injury history, to your goals, to your time to commit to training. We’ll also assess postural photos and any videos that you can provide of you performing exercises.

I will provide you with programming addressing warm-up, dynamic flexibility/mobility, soft tissue work, strength, power, muscle mass gains, agility, proprioception, prehabilitation, rehabilitation, and recovery modalities. You bring the effort, and I’ll take care of the rest - no matter how many questions you need answered.
